The Alterative Board is the newest franchisor approved on the FranchisingWorks programme, having passed a range of rigorous checks and assessments on their franchise business.

The executive business coaching franchise offers a different business opportunity to other franchisor members on the programme, and FranchisingWorks is excited to now be able to promote the opportunity to prospective franchisees receiving advice and support from our specialists. We are also now able to support an Alternative Board franchisee with the finance to meet the initial investment of the business using our unique Licence Fund.

The Alternative Board (TAB) brings small business owners into contact with their peers in a way that allows them to manage and grow their businesses better. Specifically, TAB bring together advisory boards of non-competing local business owners and lead meetings to help them share their business expertise and problem-solve each others’ challenges confidentially within the board. TAB also provide private coaching sessions using customised small business tools to help solve particularly sensitive issues and teach management and leadership techniques.
